Junior Consultant China-based full-time position 副顾问（中国全职）

1. Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责

Shadow and assist IEC Senior Consultants on teaching and mentoring students. Complete tasks given by IEC’s under their guidance, including but not limited to:

跟随并协助IEC高级顾问对学生进行教学和指导。在IEC的指导下完成任务，包括但不限于：

* School communication on behalf of IEC’s
代表IEC与学校进行交流

* Student progress updates to IEC’s
更新学生进展反馈给IEC

* Preparation of documents, presentations, workflows, etc.

Work closely with students to make sure they fully understand and complete the tasks given by IECs prior to each meeting. Teach and mentor students so they become more aware of the boarding life abroad as well as themselves. Tasks include but are not limited to:

* School research

* Language and content check for all outgoing messages from families/students to schools

* Work closely with Progress Consultants as a Quality Assurance on all documents, records, etc.

* Participate in marketing events as a Shang representative

* Travel for school visits and interview tours upon request

2. Desired Requirements 任职要求

* Excellent language and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Native speaker level fluency in both languages required.
优秀的中英双语能力，双语母语水平。

* At least 2+ years admission guidance experience in high school/undergraduate education in the United States.
至少两年以上的美国高中/本科的升学指导经验。

* Graduated from top universities in China, and overseas study experiences are preferred.
毕业于中国国内一流大学，或者具有留学经历优先。

* Excellent detail orientation, good organizational ability and service-minded.
极致的细节导向，具备良好的组织能力和服务意识。

* Ability to perform well under strict deadlines and pressure.

* Marketing experience a plus.
